There are three ways to search for an enrolled person as described below.
Search using a person's name
If you have a person's name, you can use that name to search for the person in a number of place:
- The People Window in the SAFR Desktop Client
- The Event Window in the SAFR Desktop Client
- The Event Page on the SAFR Web Console
Below is a screenshot showing the Web Console's Event Page. (You'll need to expand the search options to see the name field.)
Search using a facial image
If you don't have name you can search by image from the People Page on the Web Console. (You'll need to expand the search options to get the search by image option.)
Search using an event open in the Event Viewer
Another great way to search for somebody is to use an event that's open in the event viewer, Click the "View person record" link in the Web Console or the "View person timeline" in the Windows SAFR Desktop Client Event Viewer. From there you can open the Person record and fill in the person's name. Then you can search by name in the event viewer.
